Use and Retention of Face Data

We process your photos and videos to provide you with the features of our application that you choose to use. In doing so, when you upload photos or videos to Polygraph AI, we process your photos and videos using technology that identifies data that is in the photos and videos and provides us with information, such as information about your facial position, orientation and topology (“Face Data”), and other elements of your photo (collectively, “Image Data”). The following describes how we process, share, and retain your photos, videos and Image Data in connection with various features of the Polygraph AI app.

• Non-Retention of Face Data: We explicitly state that we do not retain face data after processing. Our use of face data is limited to the duration of specific services or features requiring such data, after which it is immediately deleted from our systems.
• Reasons for Using Face Data: The face data collected is used solely for the purpose of providing the lie recognition feature within our app. When you upload photos or videos to Polygraph AI, your photos and videos are processed using technology that identifies data that is in the photos and videos and uses that to generate your lie prediction results.
• Storage Duration: Face data is processed in real-time. We will not retain your data or information for longer than one year from the date of your last interaction with our services. We also provide you with the ability to request the deletion of your personal data at any time, by contacting [email protected], subject to any legal obligations that may require us to retain certain information.

Sharing of Face Data with Third Parties

• Third-Party Sharing: We share this image data, including face data, with OpenAI Global, LLC (USA) via their enterprise APIs.
• Reasons for Sharing: This face image data is shared strictly for the purpose of enabling the app's functionality, as necessary to provide an analysis which the app uses in its lie recognition features.
